The graveyard book

In the book "The graveyard book" a guy name jack brakes into someone's house to try kill a babie. He go up the stairs to kill the babie but then notices he's gone. Then I order to find the babie he traces the babies sent. 

    The babie wondered all the way to the graveyard. He babie then meets a couple of gost named mr. Owen and ms. Owen. The Owens started to take care of the babie. 

    The Owens rased the babie and took care of him. Also the showed the babie to all the people in the graveyard. Lastly the gave him a power that let him go into places that locked.
